About This Job
Our Mid-Market customer success management team is growing and we are looking to add a California-based Customer Success Manager. Dutchie Mid-Market CSMs are responsible for developing and nurturing our top clients and fostering strong relationships to help our dispensary partners succeed. We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused individual who loves to get hands-on with clients in the field. Customer-obsession is a must for this role as you’ll be representing the Dutchie values in every interaction.
What You'll Do...
- Meet with customers - virtually and in person when available
- Work cross-functionally with other customer facing and product teams
- Strategically focus on delivering and communicating positive ROI to our clients on a frequent and consistent basis; throughout the customer lifecycle
- Deliver concise communication between all internal and external parties. Setting accurate expectations with customers.
- Use available tooling to analyze all available product data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights about client performance and product feature adoption
- Execute independently and ahead of deadline on all things department driven initiatives, KPIs and Operating Principles tethered to CS as well as the overall org
- Effectively partner and communicate with cross functional teams when applicable
- Gather and present data to clients and large groups in a Business Review format and/or quarterly conversations
What You Bring...
- California Cannabis Experience
- 3+ years of customer-facing work navigating complex problems
- SaaS experience is required
- Embody and represent our Dutchie Values
- Understanding of the nuances of the cannabis industry and challenges our dispensary partners may face
- Experience working within the operations of the cannabis industry

You’ll Get…
We are targeting a starting salary of $90,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skillet, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.
In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:
