What impact you'll make?
You will be responsible for entering quotes, processing and verifying standard and special sales orders, and resolving all related problems of different sales regions.

Job Description

What you'll do

  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via Salesforce or via email.
  • Enter Quotes/Orders into SAP based ERP System.
  • Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders.
  • Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
  • Keep key contact between QFS, Sales, Order Manager
  • Support global team entry activities and metrics.
  • Support both external and internal customers
  • Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. SAP PMx ERP).

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • College degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Confident communication level of spoken and written English AND fluent Hungarian knowledge is a must
  • Capabilities to effectively communicate both horizontally and vertically with customers and within GE organizations
  • Solid communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A second language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabian, Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Tolerate monotonous work on a daily base.

Additional Notes:

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
  • This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
