CACI is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join our team to support our intelligence customer in St. Louis, MO. As a team, we will be responsible for developing and maintaining agency wide Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities deployed across multiple security domains utilizing Agile scrum methodologies. Tailoring cutting-edge solutions to unique requirements of our clients, we will support multiple tenants deploy a myriad of application stacks and data services. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.

Duties Include:

  • Design, develop, and recommend integrated cloud system solutions.
  • Perform duties on tasks that require expertise in cloud implementation, scripting, configuration, installations, networking and cloud security design
  • Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as EC2, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, CloudFront, VPC, Route53, IAM, CloudWatch, Beanstalk, Lambda, etc.
  • Scripting in perl, python, or bash
  • Detailed understanding of core network protocols and services (TCP/IP, HTTPS/HTTPS, REST/SOAP, FTPS/SFTP, DNS, SSL, firewalls and load balancers)
  • Perform application performance monitoring for cloud technologies (e.g., Splunk, Nagios, Cacti, New Relic)
  • Desired cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architecture, SysOps or Developer
  • Expertise in cloud platform technologies and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) implementation

You'll Bring These Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in dealing with varying levels of user groups, senior executives and technical personnel and ability to effectively work with and communicate.
  • Manages security engagement teams.
  • Trains and educates personnel on security related topics to include penetration testing principles and best practice. Knowledge of security compliance policy, programs, processes, and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security and Information Protection and Privacy.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to write clear and concise assessment reports.
  • Knowledge of network and web architectures & technologies.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of current hacking techniques, vulnerability disclosures, and data breach incidents. Understanding of UNIX and Windows-based operating systems, networking, firewalls and the Transmission Control/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) protocol suite and ports.
  • Versed in secure internetworking technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems and Virtual Private Network (VPN) as they relate to the external security posture of a client organization. Understanding of network switching and routing.
  • Familiarity with penetration testing tools and tool suites.
  • Develops and uses scripts and utilities to automate assessment and analysis.
  • Experience looking for security issues such as Cross Site Scripting, Structured Query Language (SQL) Injection, Cookie Manipulation, Buffer Overflows, etc. Non-vendor specific certifications such as Certificated Information Security System Professional (CISSP) and SANS/GIAC.
  • Familiarity with Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications, and Open-Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM).

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
  • TS-SCI
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA
