Your role at Exness:

The Market Making Operations Team combines unique expertise, knowledge and responsibilities to continuously improve pricing, execution models and trading experience of our clients. A Data Analyst in our MMO Development department  is an expert responsible for collecting and analyzing business and platform level metrics, creating and computing complex metrics (online and offline). They play a crucial role in supporting all the teams within the Company to achieve ambitious goals together.

You will:

  • Define / improve metrics representing product’s performance and operations’ efficiency
  • Design reports and alerts to assure the metrics are transparent and can be observed in timely manner
  • Search for inefficiencies and suggest solutions
  • Assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing and modeling
  • Know well the data landscape and collaborate with Data Engineers to improve it

What makes you a great fit:

  • Academic background on Mathematics/statistics or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Strong knowledge of Python (pandas, visualization and ML packages)
  • Experience with Spark would be a plus
  • Experience with Metabase and/or Grafana would be a plus
  • Acting as a team player
  • Highly organized and rigorous thinker, able to solve problems diligently and creatively
  • Detail-oriented and result-oriented individual
  • Absolutely quick learner, able to work independently
  • Able to adapt to constant requirement changes and produce fast solutions
