TITLE:                            Data Analytics Manager 

HOURS:                              Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

DUTIES:                            

Collaborate with users to gather business requirements for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions by leveraging top BI & Analytics platforms/tools like SAP, BI/BOBJ/HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI and Snowflake. Recognize the business problem to develop, refine, and tune machine learning models to foster big data exploration and advanced analytics. Solution Design, architecture & development of analytics/aggregate layer in DBT and Snowflake for customer projects. Delegate and follow through on development efforts for customer projects through conception and tracking of epics, stories and tasks on Atlassian JIRA. Oversees project teams and guides team members in developing advanced analytics solutions and oversee/enable smooth interaction with customers. Conduct internal trainings to share insights on customer engagement and requirement gathering processes to enable efficient project completion. Assist/train customers in adopting solutions developed through analytics/BI modernization. Collaborate with the Sales Team to respond to project proposals. Managing project teams. 

REQUIREMENTS:             

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Analytics, Engineering (any field), or related.       

Three (3) years in any occupation in which IT, or related experience is gained must include: SAP BI/BOBJ/HANA; SAP Analytics Cloud; Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics; Power BI; and Snowflake. 

TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in Chicago, IL. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100%.
