THE ROLE
Zeta Global is seeking a Data Cloud Solutions Associate to join our growing Data Cloud division. You will play a crucial role in leveraging our Data Cloud capabilities to drive insights, solutions, and operational efficiency for key clients, as well as delivering and presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Data Cloud identify graph, attributes and signals and act as a Data Cloud subject matter expert both internally and externally
- Conduct demonstrations of Zeta’s intelligence solutions to clients and progressively deepen your expertise in curating insights from solutions
- Provide recommendations for clients for creative uses of identity, intelligence and activation in Zeta’s Data Cloud
- Aggregate, analyze and present customer data analysis
- Support in day-to-day operations across email, programmatic and interactive channels including:
- Custom Data Onboarding
- Audience Curation and Delivery
- Manage Request Queues across Multiple Product Lines
- Liaison between Data Cloud team and other Zeta Business Units
- Data Cloud Supported Services Troubleshooting
- Independently handle support in operational requests related to Data Cloud

Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel Proficiency
- V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Logic-based queries, data cleaning & filtering
- Ability to clearly and concisely present client-facing analysis
- Familiarity with PPT
- Strong writing skills
Preferred Skills
- Tableau Experience
- Familiarity with email, programmatic and interactive business lines
- Data Science and Machine Learning Comprehension
COMPENSATION RANGEÂ
The compensation range for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00, depending on location and experience. Â
