Education Qualifications:
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with diverse teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and create impactful data solutions.
- Lead Projects: Guide teams through complex projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Build Scalable Systems: Design, develop, and implement robust data workflows and pipelines that integrate data sources across our system.
- Optimize & Automate: Implement CI/CD processes to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure Quality: Develop solutions for data profiling, quality assurance, and observability to meet SLAs.
- Modernize & Scale: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies to future-proof our data management solutions.
- Governance & Best Practices: Support data governance initiatives and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ETL development with tools like SSIS or Informatica, advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or C#, and experience working in Linux environments.
- Methodology: Familiarity with data governance frameworks, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Initiative: A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hybrid or virtual data lake platforms (Denodo, Dremio).
- Knowledge of big data file formats (ORC, Avro, Parquet).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, VMware Tanzu, Google Anthos, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher).
