Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools will contribute to our success.

Pay Rate: $18.47/hour 

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately input prospective client information into our database.
• Application Processing: Handle insurance applications using specialized software systems.
• Client Communication: Create and send professional email correspondence to clients.
• Medical Requirements: Coordinate and track scheduling for medical exams.
• Record Management: Monitor fulfillment of medical records orders.
• Follow-Up: Engage with clients and advisors to address outstanding items promptly.
• Policy Finalization: Ensure insurance policies are accurately documented in our database and forward necessary paperwork to insurance companies.
• Reception Backup: Provide phone support when needed.
• Filing: Maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
