L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA, and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey, and Nevada.Â

Hybrid Role: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote (Tuesdays)
Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm PST
Hourly Pay: $26-$28/hr DOE
Qualifications
- Prior supply chain and operations experienceÂ
-
Highly detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and forward-thinking problem solverÂ

Ability to plan work, organize time and maintain workflowÂ

Flexible and able to handle changing priorities and adapt to new responsibilities to meet the needs of the teamÂ

Proactively asks questions when unclear about assignments details and timelinesÂ

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and outside vendorsÂ

Creatively applies what’s learned on one program as he/she moves forward to the nextÂ

Experience with ASANA or similar project management softwareÂ

Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPointÂ

Prior data entry and data analysis experience preferred
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for creating and updating all finished good assemblies, work orders and BOMS in the ERP System (NetSuite)Â
-
Communicate new and updated BOMs in a timely manner to the appropriate contract manufacturers and internal team membersÂ
-
Position is responsible to assist in various stages of the Supply Chain process from product set-up through to productionÂ
-
Communicates and works closely with internal Product Development, Operations and Sales Team members

Estimate and finalize finished good and component weights and dimensions and create/maintain these records in the ERP system (NetSuite)Â

Manage and lead internal job audits and prioritize the order in which jobs need to be reviewed. Update documentation post-audit and communicate changes to the appropriate parties.

Comfortable creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents (SOPs) as needed.Â

Create and review carton markings for products and components.Â
-
Cross-train with other departments on the following tasks: EDI label process, create/update/complete component records in ERP system, component development/management and maintaining internal component library.Â
