Data Privacy Consultant (with French)

We are seeking a talented Data Privacy Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing current situations, identifying data privacy risks, and developing strategic solutions to ensure ongoing compliance.

Work mode:

• Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remotely.

Key Duties:

• Tracking and reporting data purging activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing GDPR requests for consistency, identifying blocking points, and monitoring progress and purging efforts.
• Managing outstanding data purging tasks by assisting managers in reviewing their customer portfolios.
• Coordinating mass employee data purges, including submission to the Ariadne control console and progress tracking.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data privacy strategies.
• Conducting audits and gap analyses to identify and mitigate data privacy risks proactively.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (communicative level), you'll collaborate with the GDPR team and Business Representatives located in France.
• A strong desire to drive transformational change by advising clients on adapting to new realities regarding data privacy and responsibility.
• Proven experience in data privacy frameworks, including GDPR or similar regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, including familiarity with data purging processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
