JOB SUMMARY
 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Operations professional to join our team in Kansas City. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data management and marketing analytics to query client and operational data, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will coordinate initiatives with various stakeholders, mentor team members, and identify opportunities for data enhancements.

• Query client and operational data from various sources to segment clients, execute marketing campaigns, ensure compliance with industry regulations, complete analyses, and answer stakeholder questions.

• Coordinate initiatives with internal customers, technical teams, external agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders. 

• Mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge in marketing data management. 

• Identify opportunities for data enhancements to meet evolving marketing needs. 

• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, decisions, and issues. 

• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including lead flow, lifetime value, and retention.  

• Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in data analytics and marketing automation.

• 10+ years of working experience in growth marketing or business operations roles. 

• Experience in relational databases, SQL, and data warehouses. 

• Rigor in high code quality, testing, and other best practices. 

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, digital media platforms and Adobe Analytics is a big plus.  

• Knowledge of marketing performance testing approaches, such as A/B testing, incrementality, attribution, etc.
