As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities. Key Responsibilities: • Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping) • Gathering and emptying indoor trash • Clean, service and resupply restrooms • Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces • Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance) • Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture • Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities • Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Custodial duties Qualifications: • No formal education required • Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site • Must have proven working experience as Janitor or related work • Must be trainable and open to learn and act in accordance with the Del Sol Way • Must be able to respond and act quickly • Must have strong multitasking skills • Must have reliable transportation • Bonus: A working knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies Why Join Us: • Competitive pay with paid time off benefits • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a supportive environment • Enhance your skills in cleaning and grounds maintenance Location: Various locations in Houston, Katy, Cypress and Spring.
