We are currently seeking a DDI Project Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).
The successful candidate will manage and oversee the Arkansas Medicaid Enterprise DDI Project and the NTT DATA team providing PMO services, including project management, business analysis, technical analysis, and organizational change management. The selected candidate will work directly with the State and Vendors to help ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and with quality. The selected candidate will monitor all project management methodologies and processes including but not limited to; initiation, planning, governance, management, and project controls, including issues/risks, schedules, change control, and budget/expenditures.
Job Responsibilities Include:• Ensure appropriate project management plans and procedures exist and that DDI project activities are conducted accordingly.• Monitor DDI contractor compliance with project tasks and deliverables, or approved modifications.• Conduct analysis of risk or issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies as appropriate and escalate to State program leadership. • Work collaboratively with State Sponsors and Stakeholders to ensure project approval is provided as needed on all phases of the project. Provide feedback to state management for potential gaps with requirements as well as designs from the business perspective. • Create and present executive management reports. • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders who are affected by the business changes. • Collaborate with the State Sponsor/PM to own and drive the requirement/design for the systems from the state perspective.• Communicate with the DDI vendors to ensure the State requirements are being met during all phases.
Basic Qualifications:• PMP Certification • Undergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experience• 10 years PM experience and Medicaid IT experience • DDI involvement on 3 state MMIS projects• State PM or DPM on 1 state MMIS Replacement
Preferred Skills:• Experience working with and/or liaising with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors• Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $ 116,000 - 160,000.
Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
