The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

We're looking for a German speaking LIVE Content Manager to join the TikTok LIVE team in London. You'll oversee the LIVE content strategy for the German market, working with creators and partners to programme a diverse schedule of LIVE content in app.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a LIVE content strategy in the German market.
- Produce regular series that showcase the diversity of content on LIVE
- Educate creators and brand partners on LIVE best practices, including monetisation
- Create a robust promotional strategy to drive more users to watch LIVE
- Support on campaign initiatives in the German market.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Professional experience in copwriting, content creation and creative ideation.
- Proficiency in asset creation using image/video editing software (CapCut, Photoshop etc.)
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proven experience analyzing data & trends.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a content strategist/content producer role in the German market.
- Experience in the livestreaming industry
- Proficiency in any other EU language.
