Your Role and Responsibilities
Feasibility assessment & estimation of prioritized requirements.
Architecture design and customization.
Installation and configuration of new environments.
Support in unit testing CIT and SIT.
Deployments of required services and/or changes in development test and production environments as planned between IBM and the customer.
Attention to queries and errors during the execution of UAT tests performed by the customer.
Knowledge transfer regarding the activities performed by the IBM Architects team.
Post-deployment support in production (Architect).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Automation Solutions Expertise: Familiar with the design deployment and post production support needed for at least one of the following implementing automation solutions including automating business processes integrating business systems observability application resource management and proactive incident management.
• English – intermediate Spanish – fluent

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Automation Technologies: Experience with one more of the following Automation technologies: WebSphere Application Server Extreme Scale Cloud Pak for Automation Cloud Pak for Integration Tivoli Monitoring Instana Netcool Watson AI Ops or Turbonomics or the equivalent enterprise solution
