Introduction
IBM Technology Expert Labs and Global Delivery Center #GDC in Krakow are looking for a People Leader for our consultants. We look for a seasoned leader who demonstrates the track of records in building highly performing Teams in the strong-matrix and functional organizations. This role reports to #GDC Director on-site.

Your Role and Responsibilities
• Building Exceptional Client-Facing Team: Hiring nurturing and developing a technical client-facing team of exceptional delivery professionals in #GDC.
• Accelerating Adoption of IBM Technology: Leading your Delivery Consultants and Collaborating with the IBM Account team clients and partners to accelerate IMB’s technology consumption by IBM’s Clients.
• Creating and maintaining enduring trusted relationships at technical levels within clients (including CIO’s CTO’s Developers Data Scientists Architects) and establishing IBM as an essential partner.
• Team Coaching for Success: Coaching your team with clarity and conviction to ensure they fully understand how to do their jobs successfully and achieve their KPI including utilization customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Profit and Loss Management: Evaluating and managing profit and loss for your assigned resources.
• Growth Mindset Traits in Problem-Solving: Demonstrating growth mindset courage curiosity and leadership in solving problems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in IBM Technologies. Foundational knowledge in one or more of the follow-ing technology areas: WatsonX DB2 Cognos BWA Filenet MQ Envizi Sterling Maxi-mo
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong technical and management hands on experience. 8+ years of management
• Experience leading consulting/customer success or support teams (>20 members)
• Experience working with CI/CD processes DevOps methodologies and tools such as Git Jenkins Jira.
• Excellent people skills including negotiating recruiting motivating and team building.
• Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities.
• Dedication to transparency: ability to report issues and risks and find solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote office locations.
• Work in an agile and collaborative international and cross-functional environment including account teams product management support engineering.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• General knowledge of Labor Law (Poland EU)
• Experience of leading leaders
• Preferred second language: German French Spanish Italian
