Why this role is exciting!
We are seeking an experienced paid search manager to own the strategy and execution of our paid search campaigns. Working under the Director of Demand Generation, the Paid Search Manager will own the roadmap and implement processes to improve performance for paid search including: account structure, keywords, ad copy, bidding strategy, landing pages, optimizations, and budget for the channel. This person will work alongside marketing ops to monitor and report on paid search performance and understand campaign efficiency and ROI, all the while creating a feedback loop with sales to understand campaign efficiency and full-funnel sales cycles.
What you will be doing:Â
- Own the roadmap and implement processes to improve performance for paid search including: account structure, keywords, ad copy, bidding strategy, landing pages, optimizations, and budget for channel
- Own the day-to-day execution of paid search for USA & APAC
- Work alongside marketing ops to monitor and report on paid search performance and understand campaign efficiency and ROI
- Create a feedback loop with sales org to understand campaign efficiency and full-funnel sales cycles
- Suggest new, innovative areas for growth
- Optimize toward agreed upon campaign KPI’s and ultimately meet marketing attributed pipeline and revenue goals.
- Adhere to campaign launch calendars and timelines
