Job Description
The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Replenishment Planner  that will be the responsible for ensures product availability, proactively communicates with plants, analyzes data, manages inventory, and provides strategic recommendations.
What Your Impact Will Be
- A Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability aligned with commercial needs (product on time) and financial indicators (inventory valuation).
Some of the main functions of the position include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate actions and responses to demand needs requests
- Analyze a large amount of data and present important insights to the business
- Ensure that inventories are maintained at optimal levels.
- Uderstanding processes from plants to provide meaningful insights and strategic recommendations for the business
- Transition to a proactive approach leading the conversation with plants
- Full understanding of the End-to-End process in Supply Planning Team in collaboration with Demand Planning
- Different levels of communications: detailed to high level approach
- Knowledge in tableau, BlueYonder, Advanced Excel
- Advanced English
