Dean Street Town House…

Dean Street Townhouse is a Georgian townhouse located in the heart of London Soho’s offering an all-day dining restaurant and 39-bedroom hotel. Always buzzing with excitement, the ground floor dining room features a weekly changing menu of seasonal British cuisine, carefully sourced from producers within UK and Ireland. In addition to favourite dishes such as twice-baked smoked haddock soufflé, Dover sole and Porterhouse steak, the dining room is also known for its classic Afternoon Tea with homemade sandwiches, freshly baked scones and pastries

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Central London team at Dean Street Townhouse (W1D 3SE). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

* If you don't have previous experience but want to learn how to be a Chef in the future, try applying to a 'Kitchen Porter' position instead

Dean Street Townhouse Opening Hours: 

Mon – Thurs – 7am - 12am

Friday – 7am - 1am

Saturday – 8am to 1am

Sunday – 8am to 11pm

*Kitchen will close earlier
