Deployment/Infrastructure/Security Backend Developer

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to build, deploy, configure, and maintain IBM Automation for SaaS products and On-Prem products on multiple hyperscalers.
• Use continuous integration tools like ArgoCD and Artifactory to build automation pipeline to deploy different service workloads for application management SaaS environments.
• Collaborate with multiple development teams to enable a continuous integration environment that sustains high productivity levels and emphasizes defect prevention techniques.
• Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, logging, alerting of large-scale open data management SaaS environments.
• Be on L3 on-call rotation including weekend and holiday support on an as needed basis."

• At least 5 years of experience with:
• Virtualization, containerization technologies, containers orchestration software and cloud platforms
• Kubernetes clusters administration
• Usage of cloud services (Amazon Web Services, IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Languages: GO, Python, Ruby
• CI/CD Tools: ArgoCD, jfrog Artifactory
• Development and operation of fully managed SaaS services and On-Prem services
• Source Control Tools: Git, GitHub
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with Cloud SaaS security
• Familiarity of Monitoring and Logging tools such as Instana.
• Open-source software development
• Experience with SRE principles is an asset."
