What You Will Be Doing
The Deployment Specialist will manage the day-to-day tasks and projects with external installation and service partners, and provide escalated support to internal and external customers for all ChargePoint O&M partners, and their related projects. This includes daily ticket updating, project tracking/reporting, resource allocation, and escalations where needed. This position also requires the ability to take initiative, research and solve problems, independently and in collaboration with other teams. This position handles and is expected to protect all internal confidential information and may need to utilize discretion and judgment based on company policies and procedures.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Responsible for managing day-to-day installation and service projects specific to external installation and service partners.
- Collaborates with Support management and internal company resources to respond and resolve installation and service issues.
- Responsible for and contributing to successful completion of assigned projects and program objectives.
- Manages daily intake of projects and escalated issues via Salesforce.
- Communicate and resolve issues on time and with internal and external resources.
- Adheres to clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.
- Responsible for providing updates and reporting on ongoing installation jobs, work orders and support cases
- Develop, maintain, and report progress/resolution on an as needed basis, per leadership needs.
- Works closely with numerous business partners including technology, learning, contact center leaders and others to report, respond and resolve issues.
- Maintain internal/external established service levels.
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly status reports for management as required.
Requirements
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Electrotechnical knowledge a plus.
- Strong business centric mindset with the ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
- 3+ years’ experience in an installation, construction or project environment focused on service, support, project management or installation with increasing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and managing multiple related projects simultaneously to ensure the growth and success of ChargePoint
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, familiar with Salesforce a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
- Possess a customer and partner service mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mandatory languages: English and French (native)
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
Location
Preferably someone located within commutable distance to one of our offices in Europe.
