Qualifications
MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (MTQs): All applicants must submit a written narrative addressing each MTQ separately, not to exceed one (1) page per MTQ. You must fully address each MTQ to be rated for further consideration. To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to grade level GS-15. Specialized experience is defined as the demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position, including progressively broad and complex experience directly related to the skills and abilities outlined under the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) below.
All applicants are required to address each of the MTQ statements. Your responses must demonstrate possession of these qualifications, and be supported by your resume. Please provide thorough examples that are clear, concise, and emphasize your level of responsibility, scope and complexity of programs managed, program accomplishments, policy initiatives undertaken, and level of contacts. You will not be considered for this position if you fail to submit qualification statements specifically addressing each MTQ requirement. Failure to meet any of the MTQs will eliminate you from further consideration. Each narrative must not exceed one pages per MTQ.
Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs):
MTQ2 - Knowledge and understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and methodologies, with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision and other AI disciplines.
MTQ3 - Demonstrated senior level work experience of strategic planning, policy development, and program management in the field of AI or technology innovation.
MTQ4 - Demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
Time-in-grade requirements do not apply to SL positions. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
