Physician specializing in the field of dermatology, dermatological surgery and cosmetic dermatology.
Job Overview:
Advanced Dermatology Associates is actively seeking an experienced and board certified Dermatologist with demonstrated excellence in patient care to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the best outcomes for patients. This role includes diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions, performing in-office procedures, and building long-lasting patient relationships.
Job Duties:
Actual duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:
- Providing complete, comprehensive dermatological care, including skin exams, biopsies, and treatment plans;
- Perform in-office dermatological procedures including minor surgeries, excisions, and cryotherapy;
- Prescribe medications, topical treatments, and skincare regimens, prioritizing patient safety and best practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care;
- Teach and mentor dermatology residents;
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes following all protocols and regulatory standards;
- Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to remain current in dermatological care and uphold licensure and certification.
Location:
Allentown, Bethlehem, and Pottsville offices.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) and completion of an accredited dermatology residency program
- Active medical license in the state of PA
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
