Designer I

Location: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office), 0-3 times per month in office.

Designer I is responsible for providing creative advice for small, less complex marketing communication projects.

How you will make a difference:

• Assists in developing consistent creative ideas and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Coordinates with all areas of marketing and sales to ensure a consistent message.
• Originates design layout. Creates customized PC-based templates to serve as guidelines for future projects.
• Uses graphic design software applications to produce printed/digital sales and marketing communications including collateral materials, multimedia solutions, and/or interactive experiences.
• Supports business initiatives, and process improvement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience or an approved Marketing internship; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Proficiency in graphic design strongly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft suite and other mainstream design software.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $47,280 to $85,104.
