Job Details
As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). You will work closely with the HRSD product owner, business analysts, and team members to understand requirements and drive the design of quality technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards. In this role, you will work with team members within an agile framework.
Responsibilities:

• Design, development and implement new functionality of the HRSD module including: Case and Knowledge management, Employee Center Portal, Virtual Agent and HR Agent Workspace
• Assist in providing technical assistance for software configuration/customization, workflow administration, custom coding and scripting, and third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance ServiceNow data feeds, including Workday Data Feed
• Troubleshoot and support Dynamic Translation for knowledge articles, chat, and case details
• Maintain technical documentation in Confluence for ServiceNow HRSD implementation
• Adhere to company ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform team and other teams to design solutions where there is "Global Scope" impact
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of the various ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices
• Monitor and resolve HRSD related support cases
• Develop new integrations as well as support existing integrations within ServiceNow and external systems

Work experience:

• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD module in global enterprise environment
• Experiencing configuring core ServiceNow modules including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Familiar with writing JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL and PowerShell
• Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
• The ability to take complex end-user requirements to system requirements to code
• Experience in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices to include requirement gathering, design, development, testing (application code and user acceptance), and deployment
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems, experience with Jira is a plus
• Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and dynamic project needs
• Strong attention to detail and quality focused
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
