Responsibilities
Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
Develop scripts to automate visualization
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Required skills and qualifications
Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role
Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
Working knowledge of databases and SQL
Problem-solving attitude
Collaborative team spirit

Expected hourly pay for this role ranges from [$45] to [$50]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options."
