Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead DevOps team to facilitate better coordination among operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes

SRE Engineer

Skills and Expertise:

Good Understanding of Java, Oracle, Cassandra, Linux, Amdocs, MQ, AWS Native Full Lifecycle management tools and ITSM Tool : Service Now.

Should have very good expertise with NewRelic, Grafana, ELKStack- Kibana, Grafana , Logstash, Grafana , Prometheus, and AWS Cloud Services

Extensive Expertise in identifying Metrics, KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, RCA- Problem Analysis , Incident mgmt.

SRE Methodologies Know how and Implementation Experience: Application Instrumentation and Logging standards, Observability Platform-APM & DevOps tool integrations , Reliability & Performance Engineering , Proactive Monitoring , Alerting , Chaos Engineering , Error Budgets, Log Ingestion , Log correlation , Log Aggregation , Observability- Single pane of Glass, Observability - Predictive Analysis,

AIOps, Workflow Automation (using Python/Step functions) usage of Configuration Mgmt., CI,CD & IaC tools.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
