Job Description
We are looking for a driven, self-starter to be a Product Specialist on Medical Imaging Products for our Customer Success Organization. As a Product Specialist, you will partner closely with Product Management to understand upcoming releases, product changes, and product updates and then work with the Enablement team to develop content and conduct live sessions to educate the CSO team on the product updates. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire deep knowledge of Medical Imaging Products such as our Workflow Orchestrator (WFO) and Lung Cancer Screen / Follow Up Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Establish strong connection to Product Management team and Engineer team to understand the source, rationale, and schedule of product changes
- Drive the completion of Enablement activities for product updates to client-facing roles that match the release schedule
- Determine the impact of the product changes to cross-functional client-facing roles through critical thinking and understand of user interactions
- Partner closely with Learning & Development and Product Enablement Specialists to deliver the enablement package for a release
- Participate and drive continuous process improvement with the team's processes
- Be a point of contact for client-facing roles to get answers to questions from their customer engagements with the product
- Provide product feedback from customers and customer facing teams to the product team in a useful format
Required Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of product, project, operations, or program management
- Experience with Medical Imaging solutions and clinical workflows
- Product Knowledge on Medical Imaging offerings (such as Workflow Orchestrator and Lung Cancer Screening)
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams
- Demonstrated history of cross functional problem solving
- Comfort with leading larger presentations for educational content delivery
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can create a plan and path to deliver enablement
- Experience in a high performance, fast paced and collaborative environment
- Customer centric mindset with focus on enablement / training
- Able to understand product functionality and technical workflow
- Ability to work in a fast moving agile environment
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to details
- Proactive mindset to anticipate internal customer needs from Enablement
- Ability to collaborate and influence large distributed teams with diverse skills
Preferred Experience:
- Agile software development
- Technical or IT leadership skills
- Customer Success or Consulting services in Healthcare IT
- Experience in Agile Transformation
