We're seeking someone to join our team as a Digital Banking - Lead Business Analyst in Wealth Management Technology.

This is a Business Analyst position at the Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and establishing requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What you'll do in the role: #LI-FT1 #BPTECH
- You will lead the BA team focusing on Digital Banking within Wealth Management Technology
- You will gather business requirements, perform analysis, and work with the Digital Product teams to plan the strategy to deliver client facing solutions
- Day to day responsibilities will include agreeing priorities with the business, discussing solutions with multiple IT development teams
- You will collaborate with testing teams on planning quality assurance/testing for the new business capabilities.
- You will work in Digital Banking Agile Fleets, collaborating with digital product owners based in New York
What you'll bring to the role:
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or product management role
- Knowledge in effectively leading technology/business strategy, delivery and complex initiatives
- Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organization
- Self-motivated/independent and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker able to define and evaluate problems and solutions, and translate goals into specific project tasks
- Highly developed sense of ownership and accountability for work
- Knowledge of software delivery methodologies including Agile
- Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent
