International Digital Commerce Trainee

We are looking for a proactive university student to join our regional Digital Commerce team in Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. This role supports the eCommerce channel, working with Digital Commerce Leads and Key Account Managers on retailer collaborations and marketing campaigns. It offers the chance to work in a multi-country environment and contribute to digital commerce success across the region.

Role Responsibilities:

• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work with teams across Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

• Marketing Campaigns with Retailers: Help with product launches, promotions, and special offers on retailer platforms.

• Support for eCommerce Key Account Managers & Customers: Assist in managing relationships with major retail partners.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: work with internal systems, use tools like Power BI, Market Share, and Customer level reports.

• Administrative Support: Provide general support to the department.

• Support of Digital Commerce Leads and eCommerce Key Account Managers: Assist in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You should be:

• A university student (2nd - 4th year) studying economics, business, marketing, or related fields.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiar with eCommerce platforms and retail media concepts (a plus).

• Skilled in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and Intermediate in Excel.

• Quick to learn new things.

• Strong in verbal and written communication.

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
