Digital Copywriter Advisor

What does a Digital Copywriter Advisor do at Fiserv?

You will join our Proof Point Studios, working closely with Narrative Team of writers, you will be responsible for writing about a variety of compelling topics connected to our corporate brand, products, and services. You will craft content across a wide variety of media including websites, emails, blogs, social media ads, digital and print ads, media campaigns and digital publications, including newsletters, case studies and white papers. You will conceive and write engaging and persuasive content in a conversational and accessible voice; a digital-first storyteller who demonstrates the ability craft clear, concise and captivating copy no matter how complex the subject matter. You will be reviewing stakeholder marketing plans and project briefs, then brainstorming with key stakeholders and the studio team to develop the right content and copy to support these planned initiatives.

What you will do:

• Produce and edit copy that reflects our corporate brand voice and story for websites, social media, emails and other promotional materials.
• Write personalized copy for company executives.
• Edit your own and your colleagues’ content for clarity and consistency.
• Adhere to the company’s editorial guidelines and follow company policies and procedures for writing.
• Conduct research.
• Manage several writing projects at once.
• Propose content ideas.
• Collaborate with professionals in the marketing, communications and corporate responsibility divisions for whom you will be working.
• Interview subject matter experts in the development of article content.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or Advertising
• 6+ plus years of professional experience as a Copywriter

What will be great to have:

• Basic understanding of SEO
• Experience in the financial services and/or payments industries a plus
