Rate: $45-48/Hr. on W2 Max. No Flexibility

Note : This position will be reviewing specific customer and network data to consider criteria for taking specific actions. The candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Summary
The Digital Data Analyst contractor provides input and support for Insights generation for digital experiences. This position collaborates with the data team to ensure effective delivery of digital experience insights. He/She provides knowledge, development, maintenance, and support for insights data driven tools/ processes using various MarTech applications.
Job Duties
This position will create, maintain, and publish & share insight dashboards using various tools. He/She will be using applications such as Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Data Warehouse to investigate potential issues and gaps, and report back using most applicable presentation tools. This candidate needs to use data analytics & modeling skills to analyze digital, operational, session replay, VOC, customer call center, and other data sources to deliver Insights that will improve digital experiences at UPS. He/She will need to understand how audiences are created in Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), and how to leverage these audiences for robust Insights. This candidate will also need to use a website debugger to analyze the tagging on ups.com, for troubleshooting and analytics planning.
Other Duties• Identify and work with all affected groups and functions to support project impact• Research trends and best practices; develop industry knowledge and expertise• Makes decisions about prioritizing or planning own work• Technical Problem Solving and Analytical Processes• Maintains and applies specific knowledge of information systems elements
Minimum Requirements• Bachelor's degree preferred, data analytics degree is preferred• Preferred knowledge: MarTech tools / knowledge, Adobe Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Microsoft Power BI• 3+ plus years of digital data analytics experience
Must have:
- Proficiency in analyzing digital, operational, session replay, VOC, and customer call center data to derive meaningful insights.
- Experience with various MarTech applications such as Adobe Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of web analytics principles and tools for tracking and analyzing website performance and user behavior.
- Familiarity with audience creation and management in Adobe Audience Manager for leveraging audience data in insights generation.
