Overview:

As a Digital Finance Leader at Revvity, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and innovation within a dynamic team at a global leading life sciences and diagnostics company. You will lead transformative initiatives across multiple global locations, ensuring seamless ERP implementations, pioneering AI use cases, and developing central finance strategies to align with organizational goals. Join us in shaping the future of digital finance at Revvity, where your expertise will contribute to enhanced efficiency, strategic insights, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Implementations Oversight:

• Lead and support ERP implementations across diverse locations including Cisbio, Oxford, BioLegend, Lafayette, Omni, Greenville, and the Philippines,

  fostering collaboration with project teams to ensure successful integration.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of ERP systems.

2. AI Use Case Development and Implementation:

• Collaborate with process owners to identify and develop AI use cases, harnessing innovative solutions to elevate financial processes.
• Implement AI initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic insights in financial operations.

3. Central Finance Development:

• Develop and implement Central Finance strategies across Revvity, aligning with organizational goals.
• Streamline financial processes to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and overall business performance insights.

4. Financial Oversight:

• Build and maintain financial oversight for the entire Revvity Digital budget.
• Collaborate with Revvity Digital Leader to establish and monitor business cases, ensuring performance alignment with objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in global finance leadership roles, including financial oversight, budgeting, and business case development across global multi-matrix organizations
• Experience in finance transformation and overseeing ERP implementations.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business (MBA is a plus).
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and results aligned to company strategy and values.
