Join the EMEA Sales Development's marketing team to drive engaging projects involving Omni-channel marketing strategies to achieve outstanding customer engagement, establish opinion leadership, and help build pipeline through strategic utilisation of the social media marketing roadmap. The Marketing Innovation Specialist possess a comprehensive understanding of various B2B and/or academic marketing social media platforms and how to use the voice of key opinion leaders, own contents and our teams' network to improve engagement.

Your projects:

  • Research competitors on how they engage with their audiences on social media
  • Investigate and report out on the effective social media channels our KOL and customers use cases
  • Identify the language used and segmentation of different customer groups
  • Develop a community where messages can be exchanged and communicated effectively
  • Establish a content calendar where relevant contents can be fostered in these communities

Keys to Success:

Enjoying a key role in actively collecting relevant information and re-purposing contents for our audiences, gently promoting our solutions while providing shareable contents.

Education

  • Current enrolled on a Bachelor or Master degree in communication, marketing, UX design.

Experience

  • Some previous work experience as social media manager in a B2B/academic marketing environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge in content management
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (additional language preferred, French and/or German)
  • Ability to deliver creative contents such as text, image and video utilising design tools
  • Understand the GDPR framework
