Pay Rate - $48-58/hr Job Description Our client's growing Marketing Web B2B Channel team is looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Manager. You will have the opportunity to drive marketing web experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy, strategize tactics for new campaign web experiences and support onsite marketing programs. You will work across teams and lines of business, to help drive hypothesis driven improvements, landing page and wayfinding experiences, build key audience segments, ensure adequate tracking, and support reporting towards business goals. You are comfortable maintaining tight project timelines, collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing data to make recommendations, and optimizing performance based on business goals. You thrive on ambiguity, pursuing new challenges and can stay flexible in the constantly evolving spheres of online marketing. In this role you will work cross collaboratively to strategize and execute on new landing page strategy and execution, contribute to our testing strategy to increase conversion and usability, and ensure adequate tracking and reporting. Strategize, plan and test marketing web experiences (landing pages, merchandising) to drive business impact and improved customer experience. Support the enablement of cross-channel orchestration, personalization, dynamic content and other industry best practices. ? Support conversion rate optimization testing across web surfaces, partnering closely with stakeholder teams. Design, execute, and QA A/B & multivariate tests with tools such as Optimizely with the goal of improving conversion and site usability. ? Monitor and report on-site KPIs and metrics. Work with analytics to create, maintain, and deliver various dashboards and reports for internal tracking and to share with stakeholders and partners. ? Clearly translate business needs into requirements for Web UI and technical scope and execute. ? Build and maintain a high level web business initiative roadmap ? Utilize web behavior monitoring and traditional analytics data to find areas of opportunity for performance and experience. Making sure to use this data to quantify the impact of our efforts and prioritize initiatives. ? Define, document and share results, themes and methodologies for landing page strategy and optimization. Who you are ? 5+ years working in digital marketing. ? Ability to drive strategy around landing page experiences, conversion opportunities, and technical fixes to improve performance. ? Experience leading end-to-end strategy and development of landing pages and/or web products: gathering business requirements, organizing partner input, partnering with tech teams, as well as optimizing and tracking performance. ? Experience in A/B split and multivariable testing. Experience defining test methodology, roadmaps, building hypotheses. ? Understanding of testing tools like Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer ? Understanding of CMS capabilities and standard methodologies. ? Experience using Excel, Google sheets or like spreadsheet software. Knowledge of pivot tables, lookup function and conditional functions, required. ? Experience working with Google Analytics, or similar web tracking tools, required. ? Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic content, preferred. ? Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills; you are very comfortable with data analysis and able to use sophisticated data sets to understand performance, make recommendations, optimize funnels and measure results. ? Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills (written and oral). You should be able to build bridges with internal teams and vendors, and coordinate efforts across diverse groups to execute on key initiatives. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data driven environment. ? You are skilled in working with a cross-functional team and adapting to changing business needs. ? You have high attention to detail and extraordinary organizational skills. ? BA/BS in marketing, economics or statistics or like-field required.
