About the Position

We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help increase digital lead quality and quantity in alignment with our growth & revenue goals.  As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, and part of the larger Growth Marketing team, the ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of search marketing, web strategy and conversion rate optimization. If you’re analytical, love search marketing, and understand the critical impact of UX then we are looking for you. This role will report directly into the Director of Digital Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide digital expertise to the broader marketing team, including insights on the best strategies, channels and tactics to achieve KPIs across our portfolio of software products
• Consistently look to diversify our digital marketing strategy and stay ahead of the ever-changing market needs & competition
• Own SEO reporting; from website health (core web vitals) to evolving traffic trends
• Help identify, prioritize, and coordinate internal web optimization efforts to achieve best-in-class customer experiences
• Educate key stakeholders on digital marketing best practices and search industry trends

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, and/or advertising within an agency OR 2+ years of experience working in-house at a large enterprise or Fortune 500 company.
• Data-driven marketer passionate about user journey across all customer touch points
• Strong familiarity with marketing funnels, attribution analysis, and ROAS
• Affinity for landing page optimization and ability to articulate business impact
• Content strategy evangelist – from content audits to competitive gap assessments
• Experience with Google reporting tools (especially Google Search Console & Google Analytics)
