As a Digital People Systems Intern, you will be an integral part of our People Systems team, contributing to the efficient and effective use of our function. You will assist in maintaining and updating our DPS documentation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data. You will also support the People team in generating insightful reports from the system to drive decision-making. In addition, You will assist in troubleshooting, helping to ensure our DPS is running smoothly and meeting the needs of our organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People data management and systems, and to contribute to the optimization of People team processes and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the maintenance and update of Workwise(Success Factors) systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Supporting the People team in generating regular and ad-hoc reports from the Workwise and helping with Excel Spreadsheets
- Participating in testing, and troubleshooting, under the guidance of SuccessFactors specialists or managers.
- Helping in the creation and maintenance of user documentation and guidelines for Success Factors procedures.
- Collaborating with the SuccessFactors business analyst to assist them with documentation and updating various process guides
- Participating in special projects related to People data and systems as assigned
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data.
- Familiarity with information systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Monthly base salary gross: EUR1000. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
