Join our Commercial Accelerator in Paris as a Product Owner, and you can help make it happen. As a key leader in this initiative, you'll define the product/platform strategy and vision, plan the product roadmap, drive product delivery with our team, and measure and optimize business impact and value creation. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of healthcare technology at Sanofi.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective and thus play a critical part in shaping the platform’s strategic direction and ambitions to generate significant value
• Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments
• Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
• Manage backlog prioritization of work
• Work with agile coach and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
• Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
• Be the face & voice of the Product with users, business stakeholders, executives. And showcase to the external world how Sanofi is all in on AI

About you

We're seeking a visionary and results-driven Product Owner with a passion for healthcare innovation, strong leadership skills, and good knowledge in AI-powered technologies, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive the development of cutting-edge digital health solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree in computer sciences, digital marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or biotech

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong drive and ability to build, manage & share product vision
• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
• Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset
• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
• Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
• Strong project management skills and continuous product discovery
• Global Product Scaling: effectively scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders
