Digital Project Manager, Marketing Operations

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Manager, Marketing Operations to join the marketing team. This position is located in our New York office, with two days on-site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and three days remote.

Job Overview:

Haymarket US is looking for someone with a unique set of skills to assist our marketing team as we continue our digital transformation. The immediate responsibilities will include managing a significant project for the first half of 2024 and then transitioning into managing other digital projects across the company. The responsibilities will include day-to-day management of project tasks across multiple cross-functional teams as well as translating critical business-led data related needs into actionable requirements for a team of data engineers and BI developers and keeping the team on top of the priorities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management, including scoping project requirements and develop a detailed project plan and monitoring progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • The ability and experience to lead a meeting and drive an outcome
  • Keep the various team members (marketing, email operations, data, development) in task and on schedule
  • Work as a strategic partner with Haymarket business units to define what success looks like and identify/create consistency when possible
  • Accountable for translating business needs into data sets with new data source integrations

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • BA/BS Degree in a relevant field
  • Digital experience, preferably with CDPs, ESPs and other digital tools
  • Digital first thinker with a strong sense of curiosity
  • Ability to run a meeting and lead a room is critical
  • Experience putting into practice, operational workflows resulting in improvements in efficiency and ultimately margins
  • Experience documenting complex data automation requirements
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience
  • Ability to multitask, juggle priorities and tackle urgent work when needed
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and thorough work

  • The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
