Job Description

Sr Analyst, Digital Sales Support

Support Avanade's sales teams in closing new business efficiently and accurately through administrative functions, analytics, and reporting. Collaborate with upper management to resolve issues and achieve sales growth targets. This role sits within Avanade's Digital Demand Center (DDC), which is a centralized function within Avanade that's designed to accelerate the buyer journey from awareness to consideration to engagement. It integrates various digital marketing and sales activities to generate, nurture, and convert leads into clients.

Join our Sales Support team to develop and implement processes and tools that drive sales growth. You will handle generating, qualifying, and converting leads to opportunities within an assigned portfolio. You'll facilitate sales enablement, support account planning, and provide crucial pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting. You will work with marketing, clients, and our strategic partners (Microsoft, Sitecore, Databricks, and Adobe) to build a healthy sales pipeline.. Together we do what matters.

What you will do:

Lead Generation and Qualification Responsibilities
* Build a healthy pipeline by creating email drip campaigns and emailing prospective clients about Avanade.
* Review, qualify, and nurture leads from marketing or partners for further development.
* Engage buyers through relevant channels such as digital content, social media, campaigns, email with a view to moving them through the buyer journey into a qualified lead.

Sales Conversion Responsibilities
* Pursue and convert leads to opportunities to build $10 million in pipeline opportunities per fiscal year.
* Deliver industry insight, manage customer objections, and suitably position our sales plays to maximize sales.

Data Management and Analysis Responsibilities
* Research accounts and identify key contacts and sales opportunities.
* Follow and analyze industry trends to identify selling opportunities at prospective accounts.
* Develop prospect intelligence including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
* Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
* Maintain market knowledge including competitive products, pricing, and policies.
* Maintain data quality and confidentiality for all clients.
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better lead generation and conversion.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing and sales efforts.
* Develop advanced segmentation and targeting strategies for email campaigns.
* Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data management and lead nurturing.

Collaboration Responsibilities
* Coordinate with associated industry and digital sales industry leads to align selling efforts.
* Establish and maintain a working relationship with our main partners, reach out to partners, and co-sell on prospective accounts.
* Collaborate more closely with strategic partners to align joint marketing and sales initiatives.
* Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with suitable calls to action.

* Dynamics 365 CRM fundamentals
* Azure fundamentals
* Data fundamentals
* Security Fundamentals
* Dynamics 365 ERP fundamentals

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
