Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Transformation Intern you will be:
- supporting Digital Transformation practice development
- aiding our team with building complex digital marketing & commerce strategy
- working on a real consulting project under conscious and proactive support of experienced managers
- supporting Customer Transformation offering (market research point of view preparation extensive decks preparations)
- collaborating side by side with people of all backgrounds
- finding solutions to various problems and given tasks.
We seek an applicant :
- who is a problem solver and decision maker with analytical mind presentation / fast-learning skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- with a great organization and good time-management skills
- who is eager to learn and develop
- who has a proactive approach towards business challenges and opportunities
- who can work effectively with people at all functional areas in the organization.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Students of the 3rd 4th or 5th year (preferred faculties: Economics Business Management Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems Big Data Computer Science Digital Commerce)
- Interest in digital marketing ecommerce social media modern customer platforms MarTech
- Basic understanding of Customer & Digital trends
- Knowledge of Microsoft MS Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Polish and English (other language would be an advantage)
- Flexible availability (between 20 β 40 hours per week)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to Digital & Customer Transformations
