This role:

  • Will develop and deliver two-to-three broad corporate communication campaigns over the course of the year – each campaign built around a connected set of moments and with delivery of the associated tactics:

    • Creating moments that connect with Visa’s clients, employees and industry stakeholders
  • Work with colleagues in the Comms team to manage day-to-day media relations and issue management
  • Work with the Head of the function in market to set the internal communications strategy and the regular touchpoints to deliver it, including monthly town halls, leadership and strategy forums and other culture-driving activity.

We are a small but nimble team, and all work across audiences and channels to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business and our audiences. This role collaborates closely with regional and global Comms colleagues.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and thoughtful Corporate Communications professional, with a history of delivering Communications campaigns that reach below the top layer of awareness, think long-term and can find connections to build bigger stories out of seemingly disconnected parts. The successful candidate will need to be fast-moving and adaptable, flexible in their thinking and ready to help the team and the business refocus and move on quickly as required.
