The Director, Global Asthma HCP Marketing will report to the Global Asthma Lead, and will be a key member of the Global Dupixent Asthma Team who will work closely with other marketing team members responsible for various aspects of the marketing mix. Regular opportunities are available to closely collaborate with other functions including, but not limited to Market Development, Patient Experience, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance and Analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tactics that align to brand strategic imperatives
  • Lead the Global Asthma Marketing team in developing and implementing a comprehensive, cross-functional brand plan, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives
  • Co-lead the review of affiliate brand plans to ensure alignment to global strategy, while maintaining market nuances to reach business goals
  • Uncover customer insights through market research and key market interactions
  • Lead the development and execution of core marketing tactics (personal and non-personal) including development with agency partners, approval through JRC review, and launch to affiliates
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tactics
  • Lead the management of the HCP Marketing budget
  • Contribute to effective working relationships with key external customers

About You

Experience:
  • At least 10 years of in-line brand strategy and tactical marketing experience in pharmaceuticals
  • Demonstrated experience in working with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical in a solutions-based partnership
  • Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to work with various customer segments, developing marketing strategies and ensuring tactical execution
  • Understanding of launching initiatives, including strategic and operational requirements
  • Prior success driving cross-functional workstreams towards a common goal and ensuring execution on-budget and on-time, leveraging excellent project and process management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate innovative science in an easy to understand and compelling way (internally, externally), leveraging excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to both "think strategically" and manage execution details

Education:
  • B.S./B.A. degree / MBA preferred
