Director, HR Project Management - 100% remote

This position is responsible for providing strategic thought partnership, planning, integration, strategic portfolio/program/project management, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to senior executives and their teams. This position fills a key position as an analytic and strategic business partner to executives, flexibly responding to needs and enhancing the internal capability within the organization to develop and drive strategy, business value, and change. The portfolio leader is accountable for the full management and leadership of the assigned enterprise-wide strategic portfolio. The portfolio leader will partner with executives to align, integrate, and communicate priorities, investments, success measures, and high-level road map in support of the integrated strategic plan.

Specific areas of focus:

  • Expectation of ~50% portfolio management or project management
  • Responsible for portfolio dashboard and HR scorecard - emphasis on strategic outcomes (not just activity)
  • Responsible for tech roadmap & partnership with Information Systems & Centers of Excellence & Operations
  • Facilitate HR Solutions Center
  • Partner strongly with Information Systems, HR Operations & Service Delivery

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related.
  • 8 years experience in HR, program and project portfolio management and leadership.
  • 5 years demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation at the executive level to drive decision making and outcomes, prioritization and capacity management, and change management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) upon hire.
  • Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
