Think this role is for you?

As Director of Human Resources, you will serve as the HR business consultant to senior leaders on organizational and business decisions and activities including employee relations, engagement, change management, talent management, culture, team functioning, and leadership effectiveness for Manufacturing Operations, i.e., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Process Transfer, supporting the Diagnostic Solutions Division.

Key Outcomes:

• Develop partnerships with senior leaders to establish trust and credibility to be seen as a fellow business leader with all client organizations.
• Align the business and HR strategy with an emphasis on identifying and developing the key talent management levers which will enable business success.
• Proactively anticipate business needs, i.e., organizational development and change management, leadership development, etc., based on industry trends.
• Consul with business leaders to attract, and engage top talent, in an extremely competitive recruiting environment.
• Identify recognition and robust career development opportunities within the business and HR organization.
• Partner with corporate HR and other site HR partners to drive the development and implementation of integrated solutions that enable high-performance levels and ensure operational excellence.
• Advise client organizations on human resources implications of proposed tactical plans and suggests contingency plans and trade-offs for mitigating risks.
• Recommend processes and tools and best practices to when addressing employee relations issues to ensure consistency across business functions and improve knowledge sharing.
• Effective management skills to mentor and develop junior-level HRBP.
• Focus on HR improvements to drive efficiency in process, service delivery, and synergy across global HR, as appropriate.

• Strategic planning, organizational development, employee relations, and consulting skills to serve as a trusted advisor to major business segment leaders.
• Excellent analytical, judgment and influencing skills ensure your ability to broker effective corporate HR services for your client organization.
• Experience initiating and leading human resources strategy discussions and generating plans for implementation
• High energy, fast-paced sense of urgency to meet the demands of the client organizations. Able to quickly respond to difficult situations or inquiries with professionalism.
• Responsible for company-wide HR-related programs for assigned client groups, e.g., salary review, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
• Understand core development processes; experience in organizational development

Additional qualifications:

• BA/BS required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in human resources, general management.
• 5+ years of experience managing small teams. Virtual team management is preferred in a global setting.
