What you will do:

• Implement and manage communication and collaboration systems

• Enhance workplace services with desktop and voice solutions

• Facilitate secure remote working environments

• Conduct upgrades, migrations, and maintain evergreen IT scenarios

• Advise on governance for technology stability and evolution

Skills and experiences

• Proficiency with Microsoft365, Windows 10, Intune/SCCM, and Office 365

• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Skype for Business

• Knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365 Security tools

• Familiarity with Azure AD and PowerShell scripting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with global and offshore teams

• Strategic thinking and project management skills
