Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.
How you will make an impact:
- Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between providers, members, and the public.
- Responsible for budget accountability.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- LTSS Provider experience.
- Support Coordination/Care Coordination experience a plus.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Public Speaking (strengths and comfort).
- Strong Excel skills.
