- You will be helping us scale and build the next generation of sports betting experiences.
- As a leader, you will help build, scale and deliver top-tier products for your organization and department.
- Manage and grow a team of managers and individual contributors across technologies (iOS, Android, Web and Backend)
- Provide coaching and leadership in software best practices
- Have a track record of finding and developing great talent
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers on roadmap and delivery
- Be accountable for the technology strategy for your department.
- Obsess over great user experience and will be a partner to the product management and engineering team.
- Help deliver products that delights customers
- Drive product roadmap and execution, and participate in technical design
- Represent your team to internal and external audiences with differing levels of technical proficiency
- Build a diverse team while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment
- You have experience as a manager of managers and staff engineers, driving impact for an entire department
- Clear, concise, and strong communicator
- You have a good understanding of system design
- Experience concurrently leading multiple teams and managers.
- 10 years of combined software development and management experience across multiple languages and framework or equivalent experience
- 7 years of hands-on software development or equivalent experience
- High level of accountability, bias to action and a desire to empower individuals on the team to perform at their best
- BS degree in computer science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as an individual contributor before becoming a technical leader
- Experience in gaming/sports, especially online sports betting.
- Experience in high growth companies
Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $215,000 and $320,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.Â
