These solutions enable issuers to reward, protect, and assist cardholders, driving overall card usage, retention, and brand preference.

The CA&E Commercialization team is a highly collaborative organization, and this role will interface with various roles and disciplines to support our scale and growth across the CA&E organization while also supporting and scaling operations within Dynamic Yield.

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard empowers businesses to anticipate and identify customer behavior and preferences, respond with tailored content, products, and offers across digital channels, and continuously optimize experiences-all from one flexible, open-ended, and agnostic operating system. The Director of Growth Operations will play a critical role across two dimensions: (1) Working with the CA&E SVP of Commercialization on revenue-generating growth programs, focusing on enablement, identifying growth areas and opportunities, and thought leadership. (2) Supporting Dynamic Yield's growth strategy by collaborating with cross-functional operations teams and optimizing key programs. This role focuses on measuring the effectiveness of growth initiatives, enabling scale, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Role:
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor and report on growth programs.
- Define and track operational metrics for growth initiatives.
- Establish and manage data infrastructure to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with data and analytics teams for accurate reporting.
- Identify trends, forecast growth, and drive decision-making.
- Streamline workflows across functions and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement frameworks for cross-functional collaboration.
- Optimize tools and technologies to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Work directly with SMEs, operations team, and sellers to ensure adherence to best practices.

All About You:
- Proven experience in growth operations, revenue operations, or similar roles.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Expertise in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences, from technical resources to client marketing leads.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics.
- Experience with MarTech tools and system migrations.
