• Play a key role as a strategic leader focused on Talent Strategy and Culture that drives employee engagement. Make an impact on our growing business!

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to influence the organizational strategy and structure.
• Drive complex change programs for the organization such as educating key stakeholders on best practices in change management while orchestrating full circle review of impact to ensure acceptance.
• Establish and foster culture, improving programs, diagnostics, and related training/coaching, to foster a healthy, collaborative workplace; accountable for all employee relations issues in assigned client groups.
• Grow the People Partner team and create an environment of continuous development in People by establishing new methodologies, policies, and practices to continually improve efficiency.
• Partner and/or deliver soft skills training for extended leadership and managers as required.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in product and/or services organizations, with at least 5 of those years being in an HRBP role.
• Experience creating and implementing HR programs including performance management, benefits & payroll, compensation, and manager/leadership development.
